What are the delivery terms?
With us you can choose a delivery period of 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days or 12 days. This does not apply to all products in our range. When compiling your product you will see between which delivery terms you can choose.
Depending on which delivery time you choose, an extra urgent rate will be charged.
The shipping cost of your order depends on a few things. For example, heavier products will incur a higher shipping cost and the country you wish to ship to can also influence the shipping costs.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?
It is always up to the recipient of the shipment to check its condition upon receipt and, in the event of transport damage, take the following actions.
- Sign on the delivery note with the remark “package package damaged”. When signing electronically, let the driver type the text on his / her box, which he / she offers you to sign off.
- Take a photo of the damage to the packaging (show the total packaging in the photo)
- Take a photo of the label on the packaging.
- Send us the photos, signed delivery note together with the order number so that we can take the necessary steps with regard to the carrier.
These actions are necessary to prove that you have not caused any damage to the package yourself.
If the above actions are not followed, the carrier may refuse to take responsibility.
Our responsibility expires when the package has been forwarded to its final destination. Then all responsibility falls on that carrier.
What if my shipment doesn't contain what I bought?
If something is not right with what you have ordered, you must contact us immediately by telephone or email.
We will collect and repair or replace the products.
